We are seeking an Employment and Civil Rights Litigation Attorney to join our busy practice. We are looking for a driven litigator who is ready to handle a diverse caseload involving workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, FMLA violations, and civil rights matters, from intake to trial and appeal.

• Manage a caseload of employment and civil rights litigation matters from intake to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery requests/responses.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex employment law issues (state and federal).
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings (RICHR, MCAD, EEOC), depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing compassionate and clear legal guidance during vulnerable times.
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Rhode Island Bar (or pending admission/willingness to waive in). Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is a plus.
• Strong interest in Employment Law and Civil Rights litigation.
• Excellent legal writing and research and skills.
• Strong oral advocacy skills and confidence in courtroom settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a significant asset, though not required.

• Base Salary: $80,000-$140,000 (negotiable based on experience).
• Incentive Pay:
  Performance-based bonuses and fee-split structure.
