We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Legal Exec to join our team in either Cheadle or Warwick. Reporting to a Partner, the role holder will work as part of a small team managing a mixed value caseload of Clinical negligence cases meeting targets and KPI’s, and supporting the Partner with high value/catastrophic CN cases ensuring the best possible service is provided to clients in line with our Client First Service ethos.
The role requires an individual with an exemplary legal track record, who can work individually and within a team to:
- Manage own caseload ensuring targets and KPIs are met
- Manage, supervise and coach junior colleagues, ensuring the best outcome for the client and return for work undertaken
- Utilise their knowledge and expertise to help build CFG Law’s position and reputation in its target market
