We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing to lead daily clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about healthcare, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Oversee all day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing facility
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff
- Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction
- Serve as liaison with families, regulatory agencies, and vendors
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DON (required)
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 annually, based on experience and performance
