About the RoleWe are seeking a Community Leader to spearhead operations and cultivate a collaborative, positive work environment for our Specialists. The role involves leading a team, ensuring high‑quality cleaning services, training staff, and upholding our company culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Specialists, fostering relationships based on respect, listening, development, appreciation, celebration, and care.
- Ensure service standards meet partner expectations and comply with company policies.
- Promote and assist use of the Connecteam app for scheduling and communication.
- Visit accounts regularly to conduct inspections, manage supplies, and address issues.
- Create, assign, and adjust work schedules for Specialists via the company app.
- Cover for absent or unassigned Specialists, performing cleaning tasks as needed.
- Track daily labor hours to keep within budget limits.
- Provide training for new and current Specialists, Team Leaders, and Site Leaders.
- Conduct daily meetings with the Operations Leader to review schedules, resolve requests, and update documentation.
- Maintain company property, including cleaning materials, keys, and equipment.
- Model professional appearance and safety procedures.
- Carry out additional tasks that support operational success and efficiency.
- Manage weekly payroll, quality assurance software, time‑keeping system, and scheduling software.
- Document disciplinary actions and maintain accurate records.
- Follow all company procedures, including gas form handling and documentation.
- Enjoys working with people and adapts easily to diverse individuals.
- Patient, understanding, and open to constructive feedback.
