Develop and execute a long-term strategy that drives sustainable growth for our agency and value for our clients.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that every policyholder receives the personalized attention and coverage they deserve.

RequirementsValid Rhode Island Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Five or more years of successful experience in insurance sales or agency management.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of producers.
Strong understanding of regional insurance markets and local community networking.
Proficiency in agency management software and digital document workflows.
Solid financial acumen and experience managing agency operations and budgets.
