You will ensure operational goals are met, manage a team, and collaborate with engineering and sales to resolve issues. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience with plastic injection molds, strong technical and supervisory skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
