Machine Operator - Manufacturing Facility
Full-Time | Overtime as Needed Monday - Thursday schedule

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team? We're looking for a Machine Operator to safely and efficiently operate equipment across our facility. If you thrive in a high-heat, physical environment and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect fit!
What You'll Do
- Operate machines and hand tools safely and effectively
- Strong Commitment to safety.
- Read and follow production instructions and job routings
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, scale, etc.)
- Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure product quality and traceability throughout the process
- Communicate issues and collaborate with engineering support
- Assist with material handling, including lifting up to 50 lbs and using hoists for heavier items
- Stay flexible-operate other machines as needed and cross-train in other areas
- High School diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
- Comfortable with physical work: standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working in high-heat conditions (up to 105°F)
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly (200+ lbs with equipment)
- Stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
- Use of vibratory tools and work around hot materials
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- High School diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
