Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate metal fabrication machines such as press brakes, saws, shears, and punch/drill presses;
Review shop operations packets and engineering drawings to ensure incoming materials are correct;
Adjust machines and tooling to meet production specifications and improve workflow efficiency;
Inspect and check production output to ensure it meets required standards;
Perform routine maintenance on departmental tools and equipment
