Position: Machine Operator III-CNC Punch/ Laser Operator
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator III-CNC Punch/ Laser Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator III-CNC Punch/ Laser Operator, you will be part of the Press Brake department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay: $25 + $2.00 Shift Differential*
* ** Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00PM-10:00PM*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Set up and operate complex manual and CNC metal fabrication machines such as saws, shears, brakes, punch and drill presses in accordance with quality and quantity standards.

+ Review shop operations packets and engineering drawings to ensure correct incoming materials.

+ Program CNC machines using process flow sheets and tooling sequences, making edits as necessary to optimize production.

+ Inspect and dimensionally check production output to meet specifications, utilizing calibrated precision measuring instruments.

+ Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, including sharpening, oiling, and fluid replacement, while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Minimum of five years of experience in a sheet metal fabrication environment.

+ Familiarity with metric blueprint dimensioning preferred.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.

+ Capability to lift and move up to 75 lbs and perform physical motions such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
