Painter

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Painter to join their team. As a Painter, you will be part of the Paint Department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Painter

Location: Warwick, RI

Pay: $17

Shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-2PM

• Load and unload components onto the spray conveyor, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Apply various types of paint touch‑up to manufactured components according to specifications.
• Maintain the powder storage area and ensure proper organization.
• Perform visual inspections to verify surface quality and defect‑free finishes.
• Stack completed work on pallets, re‑identify customer orders, and deliver materials to the next production stage.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions accurately.
• Experience in spray‑painting preparation and application procedures.
• Knowledge of modern powder coating equipment and booth functions.
• At least three years of experience in paint and powder coating work preferred.
