Vishay Electro Films is located in the beautiful ocean state of Rhode Island in the city of Warwick. There are 92 employees across three shifts working at our 57,000 sq. ft. facility of manufacturing space. This role is an on-site position.

What you will be doing:
* Operates equipment in performing etch/plating and sanding on ceramic substrates.
* Read and interpret routine production specifications and drawings.
* Performs equipment set up and calibration; makes necessary adjustments per applicable manufacturing procedures.
* Performs routine preventative maintenance tasks.
* Receiving and delivering chemicals throughout the facility.
* Removes and disposes of waste chemicals.
* Ability to read and interpret internal process instructions.

* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.
* Good hand/finger dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
* Will be required to wear clean room and PPE attire.
* Must possess the ability to read and write to understand production documents, specifications, designs and accurately record required information.
* Able to perform mathematic calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using a learned method or calculator.
