Build, Develop, and Keep Things Moving
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with technology and equipment? As a Machine Operator II, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll help keep operations running smoothly, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure every product meets our quality standards.
What You'll DoOperate Equipment & Solve Problems
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure quality products are made efficiently.
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process and make machine or tooling adjustments as needed.
- Communicate equipment, material, or production concerns to your Group Lead or Supervisor.
Maintain Equipment & Workspace
- Perform routine machine maintenance and operational checks, including lubrication, tool upkeep, fluid replacement, pressure checks, and safety inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly dispose of scrap materials.
Deliver Quality & Work Safely
- Follow established quality standards and procedures to ensure products meet customer expectations.
- Use required PPE and follow all safety guidelines to help create a safe workplace for everyone.
Keep Production Moving
- Operate material handling equipment to safely move materials throughout the production area.
- Support efficient workflow and productivity within the department.
Support the Team
- Share knowledge and assist in training team members when needed.
- Collaborate, share ideas for improvement, and take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and climbing throughout the workday.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Team-player mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
