Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to join their team. As a Machine Operator 1, you will be part of the Fabrication Department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$18
Shift:6am-2pm
What's the Job?- Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, shears, brakes, punch presses, and drill presses.
- Read blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and precision.
- Inspect parts and make basic adjustments to machinery as needed.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to read work instructions and blueprints effectively.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Team-player mindset to support collaborative work.
- Sheet metal fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
