Build, Develop, and Keep Things Moving

Are you hands-on, thorough, and enjoy working with technology and equipment? Are you a turret punch/laser machine operator familiar with Amada machines? As a second shift Punch/Laser Machine Operator, you'll have a meaningful role in producing high-quality products while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll help keep operations running smoothly, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure every product meets our quality standards.

Operate Equipment & Solve Problems Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure quality products are made efficiently.

Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process and make machine or tooling adjustments as needed.

Communicate equipment, material, or production concerns to your Group Lead or Supervisor.

Perform routine machine maintenance and operational checks, including lubrication, tool upkeep, fluid replacement, pressure checks, and safety inspections.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly dispose of scrap materials.

Follow established quality standards and procedures to ensure products meet customer expectations.

Use required PPE and follow all safety guidelines to help create a safe workplace for everyone.

Operate material handling equipment to safely move materials throughout the production area.

Support efficient workflow and productivity within the department.

Share knowledge and assist in training team members when needed.

Collaborate, share ideas for improvement, and take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.
