The Licensed Practical Nurse contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate patient care to our clients in their homes throughout Rhode Island. The LPN for Saint Elizabeth Home Care performs nursing visits throughout Rhode Island and is a part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our LPNs are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.

• Provide nursing visits to home care clients throughout Rhode Island.
• Be part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with administrative support.
• Utilize point of care devices and required medical equipment and supplies.

• Current unencumbered LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation with current clean driver’s license and automobile insurance.
