Home Care LPN

Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate patient care to our clients in their homes throughout Rhode Island. The LPN for Saint Elizabeth Home Care performs nursing visits throughout Rhode Island and is part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our LPNs are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.

Perform nursing visits throughout Rhode Island as part of a cohesive interdisciplinary team with administrative support. Provide compassionate patient care to clients in their homes.

• Current unencumbered LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, current clean driver's license, automobile insurance.
