Job TitleLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job SummaryAs an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will perform a variety of nursing duties to facilitate the delivery of healthcare services to patients in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities and Duties- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Perform wound care and dressing changes
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation
