Position :
Licensed Practical Nurse
Location : 1139 Main Ave, Warwick, RI 02886
Facility :
Nursing Home
Shift : 7am - 3:30pm (Five days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract : 8 weeks
Pay rate: $45/hr on W2
Travel Pay: $2000/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week
Start : TBD

-2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred . - Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
