Admissions RN - Home Care
Full time | Day Shift | 40 hours per week. Weekdays with Weekend & Holiday Rotation.

The Admissions RN for Saint Elizabeth Home Care visits client homes throughout Rhode Island and is responsible for developing the plan of care based on assessment findings and in reference to doctor's orders. The Admissions RN is part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. RNs are equipped with point‑of‑care devices (iPad) and all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.
Qualifications- Current unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
- Minimum of one year nursing experience, home care experience required.
- Proficiency in developing care plans and with OASIS documentation.
- Reliable transportation, current clean driver’s license, automobile insurance.
- CPR certification.
