Job Summary: This role requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide compassionate, safe, and evidence‑based care to patients and their families. This is a 12‑hour shift, 3 days each week, for a total of 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Record, evaluate, and communicate patient conditions in alignment with clinical protocols.
- Coordinate across all disciplines to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing directives with diligence and accuracy.
- Assess discharge planning requirements and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe transition of care.
- RN Labor and Delivery expertise.
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and multidisciplinary coordination.
