Labor And Delivery Registered Nurse
This role requires a registered nurse specializing in labor and delivery to provide compassionate, safe, and evidence-based care to patients and their families. This is a 12-hour shift, 3 days each week, for a total of 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Record, evaluate, and communicate patient conditions in alignment with clinical protocols.
- Coordinate across all disciplines to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing directives with diligence and accuracy.
- Assess discharge planning requirements and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe transition of care.
Skills:
- RN labor and delivery expertise.
- Active registered nurse license.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) certification.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and multidisciplinary coordination.
