Qualifications- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Rhode Island.
- Experience in senior care settings, such as assisted living facilities or nursing home, is preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with residents and their families.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual responsibilities.
- Previous experience in dementia care is a plus.
