Overview
We currently have a client in WARWICK, RI looking for a Travel IR RN
- Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse. Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Interventional Radiology RN to use imaging guidance to perform procedures through the body’s vascular system to perform therapeutic procedures.
- Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary)
- Shift: 5x8 Days
- Location:
WARWICK, RI
- Prepare patients for procedures, including checking vital signs
- Analyze lab results and medical history
- Provide education to the patient and family members
- Insert and remove IV lines
- Administer drugs, including conscious sedation drugs
- Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during the procedure
- Oversee the safety and comfort of patients
- Provide post-procedure monitoring
- All other responsibilities as needed
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
- BSN from an accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
- At least 2 years of experience
