Job Summary: Hire Care Services, a leading recruitment provider for healthcare operations, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in Warwick, RI. As an LPN at Greenwood Center, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), and support other nursing staff in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, and safe nursing practices
• Assist RNs and other nursing staff with daily duties and tasks
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions
• Perform routine nursing tasks, such as vital sign checks and wound care
• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in care conferences and care plan updates
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program
• Current, unencumbered State of Rhode Island LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and tact
