Labor And Delivery Registered Nurse

This role requires a registered nurse specializing in labor and delivery to provide compassionate, safe, and evidence-based care to patients and their families. This is a 12-hour shift, 3 days each week, for a total of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Record, evaluate, and communicate patient conditions in alignment with clinical protocols.
• Coordinate across all disciplines to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing directives with diligence and accuracy.
• Assess discharge planning requirements and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe transition of care.

Skills include:

• RN labor and delivery expertise.
• Active registered nurse license.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) certification.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and multidisciplinary coordination.
