About the Position

Locum Jobs Online  is working with ARR Healthcare to find a qualified Nurse Practitioner NP in Rhode Island!
A private, nonprofit organization in Rhode Island dedicated to helping low-income and vulnerable individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its mission-driven healthcare team. The organization provides a broad continuum of services, including primary healthcare, behavioral health, early childhood education, employment and training programs, housing support, and food assistance.

About the Opportunity

• Join a well-established, community-based health system with multiple locations statewide
• Serve a diverse patient population through integrated, team-based care
• Light call rotation (approximately once every 6-7 weeks)
• Collaborative care team including Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health Clinicians, a Psychiatric NP, and a Midwife
• Strong emphasis on work-life balance with flexible scheduling
• 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours per week (administrative work can be completed remotely)
• Manageable pace with an expectation of approximately 3 patients per hour
• Generous paid time off, including:
