Requirements include RN licensure in RI, BLS certification, BSN preferred, and oncology certifications (ONS Cancer Basics within 1 month; Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy before chemo). OCN preferred; 36 CEUs in oncology per cycle if ONC achieved.
