We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented team at Nessa Restaurant. Nessa is a neighbourhood bar & restaurant in Soho, on the corner of Brewer and Warwick Street. We pride ourselves in serving seasonal classic dishes with creative twists. Our bar boasts an extensive wine list and an array of lively cocktails, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience, whether it's day or night.

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food.
- Effective communication and able to work collaboratively with others, in a team focused environment.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for great cooking and continuous improvement.
