1 Warwick sits on the prominent corner of Warwick Street and Brewer Street in the heart of London’s bustling Soho. Set over seven floors, 1 Warwick is a member’s house featuring beautifully designed private work spaces, member lounges, studio & gym, event spaces, restaurant & bar, and an expansive rooftop that looks over a neighbourhood which has played muse to writers, artists, poets, actors, musicians, and designers over the centuries.

Inspired by Maslow’s theory of human motivation and happiness, 1W is the newest addition to the Maslow’s family.

Maslow’s is a collection of thoughtfully designed members’ houses, including three public restaurants. Inspired by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, these spaces cater to both professional ambition and personal fulfilment, offering private offices, shared work spaces, fitness studios, bespoke meeting rooms, rooftop bars, restaurants, and curated cultural events. Unlike traditional offices or impersonal coworking spaces, Maslow’s houses are warm, tactile, and energising—designed for enhanced productivity in a familiar, relaxed setting.

With two existing locations in London’s vibrant Fitzrovia and Soho, Maslow’s fosters connection, conversation, and restoration, ensuring members thrive in an environment where time feels well spent.

In 2026 we open our third members’ house and workspace in The Kensington Building.

We are looking for a natural people person, expert cocktail crafter, and outstanding Bar Supervisor to help lead the beverage offering at 1.Warwick.

• Supervise day-to-day bar operations during shifts
• Lead, motivate, and support bar staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain stock control, ordering, and wastage management
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
• Open and close the bar when required
• Train new team members and support ongoing staff development.

• Previous experience working in a bar (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktails, beers, and spirits
• Good understanding of licensing laws and responsible alcohol service
• Confident leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
