Job descriptionBakers prepare bakery products, finish donuts, merchandise products, clean equipment and work areas and serve guests. This position requires working as a team to have all menu items available for the opening of the restaurant at the designated time.
Responsibilities- Produces bakery products and finishes donuts
- Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
- Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
- Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
- POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
- Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
- Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
- Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
- Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
- Fluent in English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
