The Café Barista is a high-energy, guest-focused team member responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing high-quality beverages and food items in a fast-paced café environment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying active, and bringing positive energy to every shift.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and sandwiches according to brand standards and recipes.
• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming manner.
• Create a positive guest experience through energy, conversation, and attentiveness.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and with a positive attitude.
• Support promotions and store initiatives with enthusiasm.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Accurately process POS transactions and cash handling duties.
• Work closely with team members to maintain strong store energy and flow.
• Stay open to coaching, training, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by Café Manager or leadership team.
