Hotel Restaurant Bartender – Crowne Plaza Hotel

• Base Pay $6.00 / Hour

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Bartenders. As a key part of our front-of-house staff, you’ll be responsible for delivering a welcoming dining experience while ensuring guest satisfaction at every step.

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism & p rovide attentive service throughout the guest’s dining experience

Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen

Mix traditional and creative cocktails according to house specs

Maintain a clean and presentable bar at all times

Address guest inquiries, special requests, and make suggestions based on customer tastes

Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed

Handle payments and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures

• Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure all orders are correct

2 years of bar experience required. Hotel experience is a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, TIPS certified, Ability to enforce company policies regarding consumption of alcohol

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive

Understanding of food safety and sanitation best practices

Pay: Starting at $6.00 per hour (plus tips)
