Job Description:

Our Restaurant Manager will have the overall responsibility for providing leadership and directing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager works with the General Manager ensuring compliance with company standards in all aspects of the operations, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability, while maintaining the superior quality and service specifications of the company.

• At least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
