Iron Works is looking for a Host to join the team.

More gastropub than classic tavern, Iron Works serves innovative and updated takes on American classics, all from a building deeply steeped in the historical fabric of Warwick. Iron Works also boasts an extensive beer and cocktail program, highlighting many of the local breweries that make the New England beer scene so dynamic. About the
Position: In the Host role, you will coordinate seating of guests to provide fast and courteous service.

About You
:
You are friendly, outgoing, and driven to succeed. You have a strong passion for hospitality and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.

• Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners
• Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus
• Communicates guests’ needs to service staff and management.

Qualifications:

• Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
• Restaurant and Open Table experience are preferred however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
• Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation $16-$19/Hour!
