Retail Golf Equipment Sales Associate

Dick's Sporting Goods -  -  - Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service to maximize sales.;
Aids athletes by assessing their needs and directing them to the golf services area that best meets their needs.;
Demonstrates knowledge of vendor equipment (heads, shafts, grips) and informs customers about club fitting and repair services.;
Makes equipment and accessory recommendations tailored to the customer.;
Participates in merchandise sets, replenishment, recovery, pricing, and signing to maintain presentation standards and store standards.
