- 400 Bald Hill Road - Responsibilities:
Greet & connect with customers in a friendly and genuine way;
Recommend product by asking questions to identify customer needs and inspiring purchases with newness and product that resonates with the customer;
Assist customers in all aspects of the total store experience, including By Online and Pick Up in Store, be proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions;
Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders;
Sell gift cards and work to resolve customers Macys card issues, as needed
