Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Hourly Rate Range: $17.50 - $22.50

Responsibilities
  • Safety First – Drive team members safely to and from inventory events, following traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, and perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
  • Count and record inventory with precision and accuracy.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow as provided in the playbook.
  • Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
  • Meet daily performance goals and work toward productivity‑based wage increases.
  • Represent the organization positively by upholding core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a safe and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 21 years of age for qualified van driver, 18 for personal vehicle use.
  • Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, and/or Warehouse work.
  • No inventory experience is acceptable with training.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout shifts.
  • Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • No degree required.
  • Experience returning to the workforce is welcome.
  • Military experience is an asset.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver’s license within the state of residence, held for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • Minimum three (3) years proven driving experience.
  • Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
  • Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.

Working Conditions

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; frequently squat, kneel, or crouch; use a ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; and travel by car with occasional plane travel including overnight stays.
