Retail Inventory Associate - Driver
Hourly Rate Range: $17.50 - $22.50
Responsibilities- Safety First – Drive team members safely to and from inventory events, following traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, and perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision and accuracy.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow as provided in the playbook.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and work toward productivity‑based wage increases.
- Represent the organization positively by upholding core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a safe and inclusive environment.
- Minimum 21 years of age for qualified van driver, 18 for personal vehicle use.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, and/or Warehouse work.
- No inventory experience is acceptable with training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- No degree required.
- Experience returning to the workforce is welcome.
- Military experience is an asset.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license within the state of residence, held for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
- Competitive pay with a productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; frequently squat, kneel, or crouch; use a ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; and travel by car with occasional plane travel including overnight stays.
