An entry‑level Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, will engage customers, provide exceptional service, and help drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role offers flexibility, training, and opportunities to grow within the Skechers global brand.

• Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products.
• Contribute to store and individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise.
• Handle cashier responsibilities accurately, processing payments and ensuring a positive checkout experience.
• Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Collaborate with team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects the brand and meets company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.

Starting Rate: $16.50

Hourly Pay Range: $16.50 – 17.50
