Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will work within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor, verify merchandise, and move merchandise to the staging area.
• Communicate problems with inventory or equipment, expired or short‑dated items, and replenishment needs to the club team.
• Work with team to pull merchandise from the reserve area when possible, minimizing sales floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with club leadership when metrics are not met.
• Securely package the order in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the SFC area neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine handling method via DDR or Membership desk.
• Adhere to all club policies, procedures, dress code standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

• Most of the time spent moving continuously on hard surfaces, bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
• Continuously lifting objects up to 30 pounds; may require lifting and moving heavy or awkward objects over 30 pounds with assistance.
• Comfortable environment surrounded by moving machinery and loud equipment.
• Exposure to temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders.
• Occasional exposure to Company‑approved cleaning agents.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $20.10.
