The starting pay range for this position per hour is $24.00 - $26.00, with a full range of $24.00 - $40.80. Pay is determined by labor market, education, experience, certifications, and other factors.

Closing Team Leader– Job Summary
The Closing Team Leader oversees store closing operations, ensuring guest service, safety, and profitability. The role focuses on creating an inclusive environment, developing team skills, and driving sales performance.
- Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, creating equitable experiences for guests and team members.
- Model and coach a guest‑first service culture, ensuring expectations are met.
- Understand and influence sales growth, linking operations to store profitability.
- Lead and coach staff on closing routines, making sure all departments are properly zoned, stocked, signed, and labeled.
- Use business‑planning tools to share priorities and update store leadership on progress.
- Support safety and secure training, addressing emergencies and compliance needs.
- Assist with incident response, report injuries accurately, and promote a culture of ethical conduct.
- Manage compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including regulations related to adult beverage sales.
- Engage guests positively, greet them, and solve specific needs through a welcoming approach.
- Handle cash register operations accurately and manage merchandise protection strategies.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in varying climates.
- Maintain flexible availability during nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Ability to use handheld scanners and multiple frequency devices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Capacity to manage workload and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shift lengths.
- Capability to remain mobile throughout the scheduled shift and handle temperatures, humidity, and other environmental conditions.
The position requires frequent lifting or moving of merchandise up to 44 pounds, climbing and descending ladders, and operating handheld technology. Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties such as Drive‑Up and carry‑out.
