• Engage with homeowners through scheduled appointments and warm leads
• Conduct in-home consultations and present customized solutions
• Close deals or support the closing process, depending on your strengths
• Manage your pipeline and follow up professionally
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

• Experienced closers (1+ Years experience) with a proven ability to close high-ticket sales
• Sales professionals looking to grow into a closer role
• Individuals with experience in solar, HVAC, roofing, construction, real estate, or home improvement
• Strong communicators who are confident, coachable, and goal-driven
