This is a full-time, on-site position located in RI and Ma, for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role includes generating leads, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and contributing to the sales growth of the company through various inside sales

• Strong skills and experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Proven ability to ensure exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Account Management, including client relationship development and maintenance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the wood flooring or building materials industry is a plus
