If so, this may be the opportunity you've been searching for. In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1–49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. You will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established business partners, assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spend your time in the field closing business.

What you'll do- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with teams within your geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
- Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Sell cloud-based HR solutions and cultivate additional business within existing accounts, while building lasting relationships.
- Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating the highest ethical standards.

Required
A college degree is not required. Relevant experience may include:
- One to two years of work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR
- Military experience. We value the discipline and problem-solving abilities veterans bring and provide an environment to make a meaningful impact.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some roles include additional compensation in the form of bonuses, equity, or commissions. The compensation range is USD 35,900.00 – USD 77,700.00 per year. The actual compensation will comply with applicable minimum wage and salary requirements. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, disability coverage, paid time off, and more.
