Company Overview
We are a growing family‑owned residential remodeling company and, since 1998, we have been selling and installing windows, siding, roofing, and painting across New England. We are looking to continue growing by adding experienced members to our sales team starting in early June.
About You- Driven, persistent, and operates with urgency

- Strong communication skills— in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Self‑motivated by the next sale and positive competition
- Ability to leverage common sales strategies to generate trust and interest from potential clients
- Maintains composure with colleagues and customers at all times
- Conduct 6–12 in‑home appointments per week from pre‑qualified leads
- Follow up with potential customers between appointments
- Sell $500k+ worth of services within the first 4–8 months
- Beginning in year 2, generate $1.5–3M in revenue per year, maintaining a 30–40% sales success rate
- Acquire customer satisfaction rates of 9 or 10
- Communicate with production regarding details of contracted scopes
- About 80% of appointments are provided; the remaining 20% come from self‑generated activities such as networking groups, home shows, warm market/referrals, or other options
- Regularly check in with the Sales Manager and attend weekly meetings
- Paid training
- Position is full commission uncapped!
- Average earnings for first‑year reps with minimal experience: $70k–$100k+
- Average earnings for 2nd‑year reps or first‑year reps with strong experience: $150k–$200k
- Average earnings for 3rd‑year and beyond: $180k–$300k
