Inside Sales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Warwick, RI for an Inside Sales Representative at Cox Business. In this role, you will establish and maintain relationships with customers to provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential leads, conducting sales calls, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales with experience in engaging clients, influencing decisions, and closing sales
• Strong background in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring excellent client experiences
• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Skills in Account Management, nurturing client relationships, and retaining customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and results-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus
