Job Summary
The Mid America / Louisville Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Davol, Inc.'s product portfolio within the assigned territory, focusing on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives within the Mid America / Louisville territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, hospital administrators, and purchasing personnel.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and clinical applications of Davol products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand product utilization within existing accounts.
- Provide comprehensive clinical and technical support to customers before, during, and after product use.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Effectively manage territory resources, including budget, samples, and sales tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and clinical affairs to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably in surgical or hospital sales.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and sales process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
