• Sell Metro by T-Mobile wireless plans, phones, and accessories to new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly individual sales targets.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service during every shift.
• Assist English and Spanish speaking customers as needed.
• Process payments, upgrades, and account changes accurately.
• Stay current on the latest devices, promotions, and plan options.
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready.

• Base pay of $16.00–$26.00 per hour depending on experience.
