Silk Title Co. provides title insurance, search, and settlement services across the nation to institutional banks and independent mortgage lenders.

Shift

Schedule:

Rotating days and nights.

Location: Warwick, RI.

Pay Range: $17-$21 per hour.

• Prospect and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, emphasizing how they meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and other events to represent the company and its products or services.
• Business hours are 9 am until 10 pm.

• Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
