The Patient Acquisition Specialist is a high-impact, sales-focused role within the Patient Scheduling Office (PSO), responsible for converting inbound inquiries into booked appointments for our men's health medical practices. This is not a passive scheduling role—success in this position requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to influence decision-making. Patient Acquisition Specialists are expected to overcome objections, build urgency, and confidently “ask for the appointment” to ensure strong booking outcomes. Strong performers have the potential to earn up to $100,000 annually!
