The Facilities & Maintenance department at Newport Restaurant Group is looking for a Weekend Journeyperson Class I HVAC Technician to join the team.

As a Journeyperson Class I HVAC Technician, you will maintain, repair, and operate heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across our restaurant locations.

This position works a full time schedule that includes a mandatory Saturday-Sunday with weekday schedule flexibility. Standard hours are 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., offering a consistent early-day routine while providing coverage during our busiest weekend service periods.

• Installation and service of HVAC/R equipment
• Monitor and troubleshoot controls via the Building Management System
• Identify, evaluate, and make recommendations related to equipment condition in order to prevent and/or minimize equipment failures and downtime
• Completes work orders in a timely manner whilst maintaining accurate and detailed service records
• Responds to emergency work orders
• Performs other duties as assigned
